02 Data collected
Only when you use the contact form:
- name, email address, subject and content of the message, site language;
- a technical fingerprint of your IP address (salted SHA-256 hash). Your raw IP address is never stored.
No other data is collected: no analytics, no trackers.
03 Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your message — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox.
- Preventing abuse (at most 5 messages per hour) using the IP fingerprint — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting the service against spam.
04 Retention periods
- Messages: 12 months after receipt, then deleted automatically.
- IP fingerprint: 24 hours, then erased automatically.
05 Recipients and processors
Your data is only read by Owen Brice Indrianarison. It is never sold or shared.
- OVH SAS (France) — hosting of the website and database.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gmail) — receives the notification email containing your message. Google may transfer data to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
06 Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to owen.brice.dev@gmail.com; you will get an answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
08 Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), database not exposed to the Internet, administration area protected by password and two-factor authentication (TOTP).
